My name is Cait, and I work for Bader TV News. We have been doing a lot of work in Detroit recently, but specifically I'm trying to find a Detroit-based or local Final Cut Pro editor for a 2-4 day shoot in the Redford Twp./Flint areas this Sunday-Tuesday.
I came upon your website, and I was wondering if you could give me more information as to who I could contact about that, or if you have a directory or listserv. I need someone with with his/her own Mac laptop (Final Cut Pro 6.0.6), who is available Sunday, Feb. 28 through Tuesday, Mar. 2 in the Redford Twp./Flint areas, must be comfortable with FTP and web/video streaming, must be able to connect a HD Camera (sony z1u) and know how to downconvert it to SD and bring it in to the computer via firewire, so that Skype can recognize it as the video source. Also need to know how to send a mic into the audio line in input.
